These cookies are a fall and winter favorite in my house! This recipe is great with or without cannabis but I have found it works a lot better with the plant-based butter. Soft, chewy, moist, and oh so delicious, these molasses cookies are sure to please any time of year!
Cannabis Ingredients:
- 140g infused plant-based butter
I used a Indica leaning hybrid for this one. Cookie Fetish at 24% THC
Ingredients:
- 250g All purpose Flour
- 4g Psyllium Powder
- 10g Baking Soda
- 3g Ground Ginger
- 1g Cinnamon
- 1g Salt
- 3g Pumpkin Spice Mix
- 180g Granulated Sugar
- 60g Molasses
- 28g Water
- Organic Cane Sugar (for rolling)
Yields 22 cookies @ 30g each
Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Sift all the dry ingredients (except sugar) into a bowl and set aside
- in a separate bowl, Cream the sugar and plant based canna-butter until smooth, light, airy.
- Add the molasses until combined
- Add the dry ingredients slowly. After everything is incorporated, drizzle in the water
- Make 30g scoops and place on parchment lines baking sheet
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes until crackling
