This is the quick-method for making an infused tincture thats great for making sugar or other quick infusions. This is a bit time consuming and will take at least a day to create, but once you have it you can store it for up to a month to use for various applications.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Ever clear (190 proof), or enough to cover the top of the cannabis
- 1/4 ounce (14g) cannabis
Recipe:
- Decarboxylate your cannabis. Let cool
- Put both the Everclear and the cannabis separately in the freezer and leave overnight
- Take both out of the freezer and add into a mason jar with an air-tight lid. Mix slightly and store back in the freezer for 20 minutes
- Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth , strain the tincture into another mason jar or bowl. Seal with a lid or use right away
